Before you make a purchase at our site of any product, you must acknowledge that we do not issue refunds for our non-tangible, irrevocable good. We do not issue any refunds, only purchase if you agree.

Installation can be made by our installation service or by you. You may contact us to use our installation service via our contact form.

We provide 6 months FREE support for all of our products. This FREE support is only allowed for one DOMAIN. You are free to use our products on multiple domains, but we provide support for one domain only. If you need support for a new domain, then you need to purchase the license again. On expiration of your 6 months FREE support, if you need further support, you need to purchase it again.
Ok again, WE DONT PROVIDE REFUNDS! On the order page even, we have a non-refundable notice. So, when you have bought it, and have any kind of issues, you need to contact our suport helpdesk at www.qubesys.in . If we fail to provide the support, then there is an exception. We hate impatient users, so do you. So, if you co-operate with the system, then we are always there to help and support the product. So, if you are asking for a refund, without listening to our support technical team , then you are wasting time. We are there to help you make it work!
