Due to the nature of the Digital Downloads, we are not able to control the activation or deactivation of a license remotely. In this case, it is not possible to “return” the software and ensure that the license is no longer used. Therefore, we generally do not provide refunds as a safeguard to prevent unauthorized use of licenses. This is a similar policy to many other non-activated digital downloadable products.
Before purchasing any of our product, you should read the details very carefully . If you purchase and then ask for something, which we dont offer, then that is not our mistake, or you are not entitled for an official refund.
